Went to discovery centre yesterday noon for a visit..
when I was on the bus, i saw a mongrel lying by the side of the road.
at first, thought it was just asleep but upon closer look, realised that it has actually died and tongue sticking out with open wound.
Oh my god...poor doggy...dead already also nobody bothered to bury it.
That place, though deserted, has a whole stretch of factories...
How come nobody bothered to do anything??

You are pretty 'heng' in that sense cos I haven't seen a dead dog in Singapore, only in Bali and I cried! In the ulu place, who would bother?
